The attached letter of transmittal acts as a purchase order. AMEA and ASA both require that we receive a signed letter of transmittal before starting any job. It does benefit both parties and clarifies your requirements and our guidelines. If you feel that any pertinent information has been omitted, please feel free to retype this letter on your stationery and fax to our office.
